1.配戴隐形眼镜要把指甲剪短并修光滑，每次摘戴镜片之前要认真洗手，洗净的双手不可再触摸其它东西；
1. Ensure your fingernails are short and clean. Wash your hands carefully each and every time before you fit the contact lenses onto your eyes. Do not touch anything after you have washed your hands thoroughly.

2.摘下镜片后，严格分清左右眼镜片，分别放入左右镜盒浸泡镜片；
2. Distinguish carefully between the left and right lenses before they are respectively immersed into left and right lenses cases.　　
3.护理液开封后规定使用期内未用完，应该丢弃，更换新护理液；
3. Saline solutions are to be finished within the predetermined period after the seal is opened. Unused portion should be discarded and replaced with new saline solutions after the expiration of that period.　　
4.镜盒应定期更换（3个月），每周使用软毛刷和护理液清洁镜盒一次；
4. Cases of contact lenses should be renewed regularly for every 3 months. Clean up the cases with care solution and soft brush at least once weekly.　　
5.应先戴镜后化妆，先摘镜后卸妆；
5. Put on lenses before you put on make-up. Take off lenses before you cleanse your make-up.

6.浸泡过镜片的护理液一定要倒弃，不要重复使用；
6. Soaked saline solution must be abandoned at once. Strictly no re-use of saline solutions.　　
7.配戴隐形眼镜不要滴用任何眼药水（润眼液除外）；
7. Ensure no eye drops are used at the time you are wearing contact lenses (except for lubricating and rewetting drops).　　
8.不要戴普通的日戴镜片过夜；

9.不提倡使用镊子、镜棒、振荡器等辅助工具清洗镜片，因为会造成镜片微小，甚至是肉眼不可见的损伤、污染；
9. Do not promote the use of tweezers, mirror bar, oscillators and other aids to clean lenses as they will cause eye injury and contamination which are invisible to the naked eye.

10.戴镜前观察自己的眼睛，如有眼睛充血、分泌物增多等不要勉强配戴；
10. Observe your eyes conditions before wearing lenses. Do not wear lenses if you are having bloodshot eyes or increased secretions of eyes.　　
11.镜片粘连在一起时，不可用力撕扯，避免损伤镜片，应将镜片放在掌心滴几滴护理液，轻轻揉搓即可；
11. Do not tear off forcefully if lenses adhere together in order to prevent lenses damage. Kindly put a few drops of saline solution on your palm and rub it gently.　　
12.若有沙粒入眼不要揉，应尽快取下镜片，对镜片进行清洗、消毒后再配戴。
12. Do not rub and promptly remove your lenses as soon as possible if sands are into your eyes. Ensure lenses are cleaned and disinfected before you re-wear them.
由于孕妇角膜的含水量比常人高，故角膜透气性差，此时如果戴隐形眼镜，容易因为缺氧导致角膜水肿而对眼睛造成危害。同时，孕妇的角膜曲度也会随着怀孕周期及个人体质而改变，使近视的度数增加或减少。如果勉强戴原先的隐形眼镜，容易因为不适而造成眼球新生血管明显增长，甚至导致角膜上皮剥落。此时，一旦隐形眼镜不洁，则更易滋生细菌，造成角膜发炎、溃疡，甚至失明。
The cornea permeability of pregnant woman is bad due to cornea’s higher water content than an average man. Pregnant woman is not encouraged to wear contact lenses because wearing lenses at that time may cause corneal oedema and hypoxia that may lead jeopardy to eyes.
